Stackable mesh trays — dry 20 sheets in the footprint of one.
Time
1 hour
Cost
$15–$25
Steps
- 01
Cut PVC into a rectangle frame for each shelf — 30x40 cm is a good size.
- 02
Assemble each shelf with 4 elbows; build vertical posts from tees so frames stack.
- 03
Stretch screen across each frame and zip-tie tight every 5 cm. Trim excess.
- 04
Stack the shelves with 5–8 cm gaps so air flows.
- 05
Lay couched sheets on the screens to air-dry.
