Steps

  1. 01

    Drill 4 matching holes through both boards, one near each corner.

  2. 02

    Push bolts up through the bottom board; secure with a nut and washer underneath.

  3. 03

    Slide the top board down over the bolts.

  4. 04

    Add a washer and nut on top of each bolt.

  5. 05

    Place your post of felts and sheets between the boards.

  6. 06

    Tighten each top nut a half-turn at a time, evenly, until water gushes out and the post is squeezed flat.

  • 2 thick plywood boards (2 cm+ thick), 30x40 cm
  • 4 long bolts (M10, 30 cm), 8 nuts, 8 washers
  • Drill with a 10 mm bit
  • Wrench
